With the limited number of spaces for each class, everyone needs to be mindful and respectful of one another and the studio.

If you book a class and need to cancel it, you must cancel 24 hours before the class.  If the class is full or waitlisted and you late cancel, you will lose a class from your class card if you have a class card.  If you have an unlimited class package, you will be charged an additional class at the drop-in rate.  For those of you who decide to add yourself to the waitlist, please be aware that you must have all the intention of taking class if a space opens up.  Please don’t take up waitlist spots either.  Thank you.

As we continue to move forward, we will be adding more classes.  We are operating at a limited capacity and practicing six feet of social distancing so it’s very important to sign up online on MindBody ahead of time to reserve a space.  Virtual classes will still be available. 

We are going above and beyond with our routine cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces (floors, sinks, toilet, doorknobs, light switches, etc.)  Hand soap and paper towels are at each sink, and hand sanitizer can be found all around the studio.

 Do not group or congregate indoors or outdoors. Maintain 6ft+ distance at all times.  Please be mindful of everyone’s personal space.

 Pre-registration required.  All scheduling and payments must be made through mindbodyonline.com.  No contact sign-in, please tell us your name at the front desk to sign in. 

 Masks are required when one enters the lobby and in all common areas, but on the yoga mat, one may remove the mask if one feels in anyway it “would inhibit the individual’s health”.

 Studio mats are no longer available, and props have been removed as well so please bring your own.

 Everyone will be entering through the front door and exiting out the back door in order to keep the flow of traffic moving in one direction.  Please keep all belongings in the changing room or on the racks in the back hallway.

Here are the steps to sign up for LIVE STREAMING:

1.  Sign up for the “LIVESTREAM” class option like you would regularly do through MindBody.

2.  Download the free “ZOOM Cloud Meeting App” on your phone, ipad, computer or any other device.

3.  You will receive an email with a login link via ZOOM at least 15 minutes before class starts.  You must sign up on MindBody at least 30 minutes prior to class.  Please make sure your email in MindBody is updated and correct.

4.  You have the option to turn on or off your camera from your end, but please mute your microphone from the tool bar on top of the screen.
