Vinyasa simply means we transition from one pose to the next with ease while linking the breath with our movement. During Vinyasa, we concentrate only on ourselves and leave the world behind. We come into a moving meditation and find power in our true selves. Challenging Vinyasa classes are on the schedule for people looking to deepen their practice through more difficult poses.
Power Flow yoga
Powerful and energetic, power vinyasa flow is a form of yoga where students fluidly move more rapidly from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to each movement. Typically taught in our hot yoga studio, this advance form of yoga is as challenging as it is rewarding.
Warm Slow Flow yoga
Breath, movement and poses together. Discover a warm slow flow class in our hot yoga studio. The temperature holds around 85 degrees. Slow Flow allows beginners to create their own synchronized movement while learning new poses. Not restricted to beginners, the ebb and flow of the movement is seen as athletic. The pace is slow yet challenging, requiring inward focus while synchronizing breath and movement.
