Classes & Programs
Beginner yoga is a level 1 class that’s good for beginners and low-intermediate. We focus on the basics of yoga and learn how to move with control through the postures. Instructors will guide you with easy transitions from one pose to the next, activating the body properly in order to develop strength and flexibility.
Gentle Yoga is a level 1 class great for people that are looking to find a safe way to become more mobile. As the name says, gentle yoga consists of less strenuous poses and moves safely through the poses. This class is great for any age and any physical condition.
warm Deep Stretch
An accessible yoga class that is for everyone of all skill and athletic levels, athletes, advanced yoga students, weekend warriors and first-time yoga students, active adults and everyone in between. The benefits of deep stretching allow the muscles to relax and lengthen. Reduce the tension in your life by deep stretching in a safe, organized and purposeful manner.
Saturday warm barre with debbi
Saturday Barre w/ Debbi Licata is a nice little extra. The actual “barre” in class is used as a prop to help you balance, leaving you to focus on isometric strength exercises (i.e., holding your body still while you contract a small and specific set of muscles). The movements might be small, but trust us—you’ll feel the burn. Benefits of barre class include:

- Strengthens glutes
- Tones stomach muscles
- Increases flexibility
- Better mental focus
- Increases overall strength
- Improves endurance
is a spiritual practice, with a goal of union with the absolute or the divine, while contemporary yoga focuses more on fitness. The various exercises we associate with hatha yoga were performed to prepare the body for long periods of meditation.
